葉茂林博士在美國紐約大學（NYU）及美國德州大學奧斯汀分校（U.T. Austin）先後取得法學碩士與法學博士，並在美國伊利諾州執業律師多年。葉博士過去曾在美國 Temple 大學法學院任教，專精於國際商業交易、智慧財產授權、網路法與勞資爭議。葉博士具備橫跨法律實務與學術研究的深厚背景，協助過許多台灣知名的上市櫃公司、科技公司、跨國企業及製造商、貿易商、設計及創意產業等，撰寫、審閱及修改中英文供應合約、採購或授權等協議，以及處理跨境爭議與智慧財產談判等事務。葉博士過去並擔任台灣政府的著作權諮詢委員及文化部諮詢委員多年，積極參與台灣的智慧財產法制改革與網路、高科技著作權及文化政策的推動。

Dr. Edward Yeh obtained his Master of Laws from New York University (NYU) and his Doctor of Juridical Science from the University of Texas at Austin (U.T. Austin). He has practiced for many years as a senior attorney licensed in the State of Illinois, USA.

Dr. Yeh previously taught at Temple University School of Law (TUJ), specializing in international commercial transactions, intellectual property licensing, cyber law, and labor disputes. With a strong background that bridges both legal practice and academic research, he has supported many of Taiwan’s leading publicly listed companies, technology firms, multinational corporations, manufacturers, traders, and businesses in the design and creative industries. His work includes drafting, reviewing, and revising bilingual (Chinese-English) supply contracts, procurement and licensing agreements, as well as handling cross-border disputes and intellectual property negotiations.

In addition, Dr. Yeh has long served as a copyright advisory committee member for the Taiwanese government as well as a cultural policy advisor to the Ministry of Culture. He has been actively involved in advancing reforms to Taiwan’s intellectual property legal framework, and in shaping policies related to internet and high-tech copyright issues, as well as broader cultural initiatives.
