林心怡律師具備台灣與美國雙重律師資格，曾任職於國際律所及跨國集團，擔任不同上市櫃公司法務長十餘年。專長涵蓋跨國投資、併購、企業法律制度建置、法遵管理及商業交易談判與爭訟處理。林律師曾擔任家族辦公室律師，深耕家族傳承規劃。林律師亦擅長各類民、刑、家事訴訟與非訟案件之處理。

Attorney Hsin-Yi Lin is licensed in both Taiwan and the U.S., with experience at international law firms and multinational corporations. She served as General Counsel for listed companies for over a decade. Her practice focuses on cross-border investment, M&A, corporate legal structure design, compliance management, as well as negotiation and resolution of commercial transactions and disputes. She has also acted as legal counsel to family offices, with deep experience in family succession planning.
